Norman Langill, President & Artistic Director
Norm Langill
A founding member of the One Reel Vaudeville Show, Norm has served as President of One Reel since 1972. The once traveling, off-beat vaudeville troupe created campy classics, all performed from the fold-down stage of a 1931 Model A truck. Norman's career broadened to stage and screen actor, Emmy award-winning writer, playwright, director, producer, and as President and Artistic Director of the Northwest non-profit One Reel.
While best known for high-profile projects like Bumbershoot, Norman is more likely to cite his other accomplishments: orchestrating the first live performance of Spinal Tap; producing the first U.S. National tour of The Grand Kabuki Theatre of Japan; producing the original tri-lingual musical Gumbo YaYa at the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona and creating the special world of Teatro ZinZanni.
Toni Aspin, Chief Executive Officer
Toni Aspin
A seasoned leader, Aspin brings executive experience in both the profit and not-for-profit sectors, having served in leadership capacities at Centrum, the Seattle Symphony, Richard Hugo House, and most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Core Business Bank.
Aspin has been an engaged member of the arts and education community in the state for twenty years, serving as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of Peninsula College, Past President of the Washington State Arts Alliance and most currently on the Board of Directors for One Reel.
As CEO, Aspin will provide strategic and operational leadership for the $20 million arts organization, and says of her new role: "Iʼm thrilled about this opportunity, as it allows me to work with profoundly creative and capable individuals, holding a vision created nearly forty years ago and to facilitate a future with unlimited possibilities."

Tony Reid, In-House Legal Counsel
Tony Reid
Tony left private practice and joined One Reel in April of 2006. Having attended every Bumbershoot since 1983 (except one), he brought an avid love of the festival to his desk. Serving as the sole in-house legal counsel for One Reel and Teatro ZinZanni, Tony splits his time between these two dynamic and exciting companies. As legal counsel, he supports key principals, board of directors, and staff.
